What we collect
The data controller for early access signups is NIDD (pre-launch operator, Muscat, Oman).
When you join early access, NIDD collects the first name and mobile number or email address you submit through the form. If you provide them, your padel role, preferred area and skill level are optional and are stored with your signup.
How we use it
We use your details to send NIDD launch updates, early access invites, court partner updates and product news related to padel in Oman.
The consent text you agreed to and the time you signed up are stored with each signup.
How long we keep it
We keep your early access details until public launch access is granted or your signup is deleted on request, whichever comes first.
Sharing
We do not sell early access signup details. If we use service providers to manage messages or form submissions, they may process details only for NIDD-related operations.
Your choices
We will publish a direct contact address on this page before launch invites go out.
